Memorial Booklet 5779
Wednesday, 19 September, 2018 • 10 Tishrei 5779
All DayKadimahWith the High Holy Days quickly approaching, we take the time to reflect and remember family members and loved ones who are no longer physically with us. The ancient custom of remembering loved ones and contributing to charity in their memory is embedded in the fundamental Jewish belief in the eternity of the soul.
Kehillat Kadimah will be producing a Memorial Booklet which includes the names of loved ones grouped by family name as well as the Yizkor service itself. Names will not be individually read aloud during the service. The booklet may be taken home following Yizkor on Yom Kippur and will be used during Yizkor services on yamim tovim over the coming year.
We invite you to have the names of your loved ones published in the 5779 Memorial Booklet by making a donation below.
